The hotel was incredibly beautiful and the staff excellent, unbeatable location close to the nature. The room was fully-equipped and spotlessly clean with air conditioner, a safe box, and a multi-channel television included. Our food was outstanding and incredible.

The location here is excellent, it's close to the island and Yanui beach.

The pool area is well-maintained too

Perfect Grand Deluxe room, very comfortable and big. Staff is really friendly, hotel is quite small and peaceful. Add here good swimming pool and very nice restaurant right near the exit from the hotel (try mostly european food and breakfasts, their cooking chef is pro).

Good resort with nice rooms staff is very cooperative(specially lady at reception) value for money

Two things first there should be telephone in room and second reception should be open 24 hrs

The food was healthy and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. My room was spacious, with a safe box, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. The hotel was in a secluded location close to different beach.

This place is located conveniently close to everything in a quiet area.

During my stay at Ya Nui Resort - Sha Extra Plus, we were amazed at the cleanliness of the pool. Despite being surrounded by trees, not a single leaf was found in the water each morning - truly incredible! The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious, equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and even a blender. The resort had a lovely community feel with friendly long-term guests and adorable cats roaming around. The staff were extremely helpful, especially when it came to answering our questions about local attractions. The laundry service was quick and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this resort for its peaceful atmosphere and excellent amenities.

Although it is a minor detail, the blender in our room was slightly dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall cleanliness of the resort.

The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with a small kitchen that has plenty of devices and utensils. The attention to detail is evident in the regular cleaning of the AC and the always clean pool water. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, with room service and daily maid service that never disturbs guests. Plus, the resort's location on a small road in a quiet area adds to the overall tranquility and relaxation.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving at a resort close to the beach. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Loved that they provided complimentary beach towels and breakfast every morning. the location was great as it was walking distance to local restaurants and shops. One of the best aspects was the peacefulness of the resort and the stunning sunset views from the rooftop.

There were some issues with communication on transportation from the airport which resulted in a miscommunication and a higher-priced taxi ride to the resort. the room fans were loud and not the most comfortable to sleep with.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the prices were incredibly reasonable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with the rooms equipped with small kitchen facilities, just as shown in the pictures. Lastly, the location was perfect - situated on a small road in the mountains, it provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, yet it was not too far from the beautiful Ya Nui Beach.

All was perfectly fine during my stay.
